Aplicare's saturated swabsticks are packaged in easy open, single use, foil-laminated pouches. Each packet contains a fully saturated 4" swabstick. The swabsticks are conveniently packaged 10 boxes of 50 single swabsticks per case.

The Gel Swabstick is saturated with a multi-purpose topical gel that contains 10% Povidone Iodine USP, 1% available Iodine, for broad-spectrum germicidal action. Povidone Iodine is known to kill surface pathogens, including gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria (including antibiotic resistant strains), fungi, viruses, protozoa and yeasts. The gel is also approved for venipuncture site preparation prior to blood and plasma collection. It is virtually non-irritating to skin and mucous membranes and virtually non-staining to skin and natural fabrics.
