What is Aplicare's policy regarding returned goods?

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.  Authorized returns must have an Aplicare “RG” number.  Returned goods must be in un-opened full cases and in saleable condition.  The RG number must appear on all debits, shipping documents and packing slips.  Returns and related fees will not be accepted by third parties.  Aplicare reserves the right to destroy any returned product that is not eligible for credit.
