How long can I obtain a QA Certificate for a product I've already purchased?

If you've purchased the product directly from Aplicare and have a QA Login account, you can log in and download the certificate online - see upper right hand corner of this page.

To obtain a QA Login account, please contact Customer Service.

If you have purchased product from a distributor or other party, please contact them directly for a certificate.
