What are the active ingredients in ExCel_AP^®? What additional ingredients are included and why?

ExCel_AP^® contains 7.5% Povidone-Iodine (PVP-I) and 72% Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA).

The inactive ingredients in ExCel_AP^® are acrylates/steareth-20 methacrylate copolymer, aminomethly propanol, phosphoric acid, and purified water. These are included in part to form the film and increase viscosity to aid in product application.
